Just select the proper quarter (click on the V in the box), then click the Buy Now button below. Then when the PayPal window appears, at the bottom of the PayPal window, click “Pay with a Debit or Credit Card”. Once you have paid, you are a member.

Joining between 1 April to June 30 (2nd Quarter) of this year, your membership lasts till 31 December. Price is $20.00. Just click on the pull down V to the 2nd Quarter $20, then click on the Buy Now button and pay. You are a member!
Joining between 1 July to September 30 (3rd Quarter) of this year, your membership lasts till 31 December. Price is $20.15. Just click on the pull down V to the 3rd Quarter $15, then click on the Buy Now button and pay. You are a member!
Joining between 1 October to December 31 (4th Quarter) of this year, your membership lasts till 31 December. Price is just $10. Just click on the pull down V to the 4th Quarter $10, then click on the Buy Now button and pay. If it is December 31, wait and pay on Jan 1, and get a whole year. 😉 When you pay, you are a member!
